Paratransit Drivers - FT and PT -
Our Paratransit Drivers operate lift-equipped, paratransit vehicles
safely and efficiently in the door-to-door transport of
passengers to scheduled sites; assists passengers on and off
assigned vehicles which may include passengers with wheelchairs
and other durable medical devices; assures the safety of passengers while riding
in assigned vehicles; reports schedule delays, accidents,
passenger incidents, medical/behavioral problems, emergencies,
vehicle equipment failure and/or unusual circumstances to
Dispatch and maintains accurate records and logs of
trip information as required. The schedules for this position
vary between the hours of 4:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., six days per
week (includes rotating Saturdays) and holidays (other than our six
designated company holidays).

Building Maintenance & GroundsKeeper - PT -
Performs a variety of
janitorial/custodial tasks to maintain clean and safe buildings
and grounds. Assist mechanics in performing minor repairs,
preventative maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics tests
under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
The schedule for this position is
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:30
BUILDING MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for routine cleaning of
buildings (i.e. pressure washing, emptying trash
receptacles, cleaning windows, walls, doors, fixtures,
vacuuming floors, carpets and upholstery, etc.) and equipment
utilized in performing these duties.
Dusts and cleans offices, hallways
and restrooms. Cleans, sanitizes and replenishes bathroom

Moves furniture or equipment, sets
up rooms for meetings and special events.
Performs scheduled preventative
maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and of building

Receives, stores and distributes
Performs heavy cleaning in shop
areas, including bus bays and floor areas, ensuring that

in the beautification of the premises to include picking up
litter, mowing and raking grass; planting, watering, pruning
or removing flowers, trees and shrubs.

MECHANIC HELPER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for a variety of tasks
such as washing, cleaning, and lubricating vehicles. Loads,
unloads and stores automotive parts and supplies.
Assists Mechanics with switching out
Graduation from high school or GED. Two
years experience successfully performing grounds maintenance,
custodial and/or industrial cleaning and basic mechanic repair
duties. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License, Class B
CDL, preferred and a safe driving record. Must be willing
to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat,
cold or rain. Must be physically capable of performing heavy
physical labor, including lifting materials and equipment
weighing up to 90 pounds.

Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant - FT - $14.00/hr.
We are looking
for a skilled Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant to perform a
variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks for our
Subsidiary Company. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of
previous bookkeeping/accounting experience in addition to
hands-on experience working with Excel.

The goal is to ensure the daily accounting functions run

Payable - Assist in processing vendor invoices
into Peachtree accounting software. This includes accurately

Receivable - Invoice preparation and posting into
